Applying Ten Ancient Principles to Help Us Thrive

Would you like to–

Boost the quality of your current relationships?

Make a quantum leap in your ongoing personal growth?

Join us if you would like to learn five codes of conduct to help you enrich social and business relationships and five principles to help you become the best person you can be. These ten universal principles for well-being date back to scholars and yoga sages in the year 200 BCE well before the Ten Commandments. This workshop will engage you in a centering within and an inquiry into your own fundamental codes for enriching your social relationships and principles for enhancing your personal growth. After exploring your thoughts, workshop leader Johanna Mosca, PhD, will introduce the ten principles for thriving social relationships and personal growth.

Together we will explore the meaning and benefits of each code of conduct. In this interactive session, you will be guided to examine where you are already living these principles, where you could perhaps live them more fully, and ways to keep these ten codes in your conscious awareness. The session will end with a guided relaxation and affirmations. Each participant will receive a FREE CD set with discussion, meditation, and affirmations to help you use these ten principles to enrich your everyday life.

A Fundraiser Gathering — Keeping with the theme of 2022, this Workshop is open to any pairs of TWO’S for a $22 donation from both participants together to CUL. Bring your own lunch if you like. Granola bars, fruit, and bottled water will be available.
