Johanna Maheshvari is now offering private self-renewal retreats for one woman or man on a spiritual journey. Changing jobs? Getting divorced? Recently had a baby? Grieving over a loss? Or are you a nurturer, who is constantly giving to others and can use a little pampering and self-care? In challenging times, it’s important to keep grounded and nurture ourselves, especially when facing a turning point and needing to get clear on our next steps. Sometimes during a transition, it’s good to take time out from your familiar surroundings to get a fresh perspective — and what better place to do it than with your own private life coach in magical Sedona, Arizona.

Pamper yourself at a private 3- or 4-day spiritual getaway, with your expert female coach and yoga/meditation teacher, who is your confidential committed listener and trusted support person. for the 3-4 day retreat she gives you her undivided attention, support and coaching. After an interview about your needs, interests, preferred activities, and favorite foods, retreat leader Johanna Maheshvari Mosca, PhD, will design a very nurturing, fun getaway tailored to you. Choose a 3-day private coaching retreat ($2700) or a 4-day retreat ($3600). Fees are fixed and include lodging with breakfast and lunch, all guided activities, teaching, coaching and healing sessions; any restaurant dinners are not included. Usually retreats are hosted in one of Sedona’s fine hotels with red rock views, and an alternate option might be Encinitas, CA, depending on availability. You get to choose the best dates for you and create the schedule and healing sessions that you like. This retreat is all about pleasing YOU.

Sample Itinerary–Day One:

  • Welcome you to your  lodging in Sedona, AZ
  • Chat over a cup of tea after settling in
  • Tour Sedona and do guided intention-setting at one of the vortexes
  • Have a tasty dinner at a favorite healthy restaurant
  • Enjoy a relaxing i-rest guided Yoga meditation
  • Introduce you to journaling exercises and perhaps Tarot
  • Share the gains of the day and a bedtime guided deep relaxation

Day Two:

  • Enjoy a breakfast of your favorite foods and early morning time to yourself
  • Stretch deeply in a gentle morning Yoga/meditation class
  • Commune with nature on a vortex Yoga hike in Sedona’s red rocks with a healing guide
    (Visit two vortexes–one feminine and one masculine; or visit three of Sedona’s sacred sites)
  • Experience an i-Rest inner restoration guided meditation, a Sedona Method release session and/or mindfulness meditation exercises
  • Take free relaxation time for whatever you like—resting, writing, shopping, exploring on your own
  • Experience a healing Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy session with vibrational aromatherapy oils
  • Enjoy another delicious dinner at a restaurant of your choice
  • Take some free time to integrate experiences (perhaps some journaling on suggested topics)
  • Do a “This is My Life” exercise with Johanna by reviewing a batch of pictures of yourself and others that you are asked to bring to the retreat
